Inspired by the cinematic soundscape of the 1960s French Riviera, American Trumpet/Flugelhorn player and vocalist Pete Tanton is joined by top Northeast musicians Mark Williams on guitar, Andy Champion on bass and Russ Morgan on drums. Between them, the group have played with and supported a roster of musicians including Wynton Marsalis, Stacy Kent and Bobby Shew. Together, they present a cocktail of original music that has been likened to Chet Baker meets Charles Mingus. Their mixture of Bossa Nova, blues and bebop is destined to appeal to hardened jazz lovers and all-around music lovers alike.

'The Rivieras offer something different, serious chops, yes, but, more than that, a distinctive sound, all the more distinctive with the addition of Tanton’s sweet vocals.'
